Team Parent Information

TEAM PARENT SELECTION & INFORMATION FOR TEAM PARENTS

Dear Team Manager:

At your initial team meeting, you will need to select a responsible team parent.  Only one team parent is allowed per team.  Please ask for a volunteer, noting the primary duties outlined below. 

The primary duties of the team parent are:

Attending a mandatory team parent meeting, which is scheduled for Thursday April 4th, 2019.  All team information will be passed out at this time.  Packets from this meeting will need to be completed and distributed to team families.

Team Parent Meetings are Thursday April 4th, 2019.
Churchill School
7:00 PM - 7:45 PM

Collecting treat ticket money and turning it in to Angie Brandt by the indicated date. Treat tickets will not be issued until all monies have been received.

Creating a team sign for pictures and the Opening Day Parade.

Distributing picture information and organizing your team on Picture Day.

Organizing your team at the parade line-up.

Delivering pictures to player’s families.

Organizing a team party. 

As time is of the essence, it is important that your team parent contact me immediately.  Please give the team parent this letter as well as meeting info flyer.
